Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Around 3 months ago I got this pain on my left calf muscle. It was like a Charlie horse. It felt stiff when I moved it. Researched and found out that it could be a DVT AND GOT VERY PARANOID. No recent surgery and no particularly long time seated or laying down. That particular pain went away after a couple of days and now three months after I’m just left with sensitivity on my left calf. It doesn’t hurt when i touch it and it isn’t warm, it doesn’t hurt when I stretch or when I contract. It’s just this bothersome felling like my jeans are tighter on my left calf. But other than that no pain at all. Heart rate is normally around 77bpm. No swelling, no redness. I do notice that on the same leg my knee seems to be hyperextended. It goes further back than my right leg.
