Tuberculosis needs prolonged treatment for 6 months at least. There is a possibility of complications with pregnancy which could definitely affect your marriage and married life in the future. In case of abdominal tuberculosis, fibrosis and adhesions could occur which could entangle the fallopian tubes and thereby creating problems with subsequent pregnancy. But this might not be the case if it has been detected early and such complications occur in only a limited number of patients. Your treating physician can investigate and comment better. In any case, I would strongly insist that you discuss the situation about your disease and its treatment with your prospective spouse.
I have taken the assumption that you are a female although it is not mentioned in the question. If that is not the case, the pregnancy complications do not apply. But still be sure to discuss the issue of your disease with your prospective spouse.
