As Of About 45 Mins Ago I Started Feeling Sharp,

As of about 45 mins ago I started feeling sharp, throbbing pains in my clitoris. I thought I had to use the restroom but that didn't help. Now the pains are just constant and some are far more painful than others. Even though it hasn't been days or weeks, it just happened out of no where and I don't know what to make of it. Any insight or advice on what to do!? Or what it may be?
