Asthenozoospermia Diagnosed In The Semen Analysis. Is Normal Conception Possible?

Hello Doc, I have Sperm analysis test done last week. Its says Volume     4ml Fructose     Positive Ph     8 Live      43% Dead     57% Total Ejaculate per Millions     192 Million Sperm Conc(Millions/Ml)     48 Million/ml Sperm Motility     23% at 1 Hr Sperm Motility     12% at 2 Hr Total Motility      28% at 1hr Total Motility      18% at 2hr Morphology      Normal Impression     Asthenozoospermia I want my wife to get conceived normally. What best can be done? is any supplements to improve Motility?Please help we are desperate to have a kid.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Your semen analysis report indicates that you have a very good chance of having progeny. I believe that asthenozoospermia would mean reduced sperm motility. IVF treatments should help you have your baby conceived if your wife is normal physiologically. I would not worry about any supplements for increasing the motility.
