Asthma Patient, Have Squeezing Feeling In Chest. Take Deep Breath To Relieve Pain. How To Cure?
I am 20 years old and aside from having asthma I m a heathly person, but randomly the leftside of my chest will feel like someone is just squeezing my chest sometimes it take my breath away other times I can get ride of the pain by simplely taking deep breathes. I ve never been known to have any kind of heart problems or any big problems.
I have read your concerns and i would like you to add a few details on the treatment you are taking for asthma. I would like to recommend you a spirometry and a morning-evening PEFR monitoring to assess the nature of your problem. You should consult a chest specialist for this, may be you need more prompt treatment with inhalers or the dose of your existing treatment needs to be revised.
Also, i would like to tell you that asthma requires a lifelong treatment and only with proper and regular treatment, it is possible to decrease your drugs or dose, so please take your drugs regularly. Avoid dust, pollens and smoke as it worsens asthma
wish you a good health
Thanks
