At 1pm I Was Given Dipropos Injection In The Thumb

At 1pm I was given Dipropos injection in the thumb and wrist CCM arthritis with tendonitis in the wrist. I am diabetic. My sugar test was 130 mgdl when I got up I went for a fasting blood test. My tesr reading before ate 1 cup mixture of oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits was 113 mgdl. I got the injection 1pm. I ate pigeon peas cassava fry fish lettuce at 4 pm with my medication Janumet. Between 1 and 4 pm I ate about 15 souer plums. At 8:12 pm my test reading is 234 mgdl. Would the injection have caused the rise in my reading
