At The Beginning Of Jan I Fell Down Our Stairs

At the beginning of Jan I fell down our stairs and hyperextended my neck. I took some ibuprofen for a few weeks and iced a lot. I am having pain in my biceps and triceps that are a result of a cramping sensation. I hands go numb quite often. I can no longer sleep on my side because my arms go numb. I am having issues with muscle weakness in my arms. It seems to be mostly in my biceps and triceps. I have pain still on the left side of my neck with limited range of motion. In the midst of all this my Dr started me on Tricor for some tryglyceride elevation. My question is could the Tricor being causing the muscle cramping and pain? Or since it is really limited to my arms is it from my injury in Jan? If it is from my injury and its been four months should I be concerned?
