At The Time That I Seem To Be Falling Asleep,

At the time that I seem to be falling asleep, my body goes crazy. It seems as if my body is rejecting sleep by starting with my head and going down my body...my arms, legs and entire body jerk involuntarily with a strong movement. I do not have trouble with my legs like restless legs...it is just bizarre...
Should I be worried? (My husband is having to dodge me movements to avoid injury!)
