Athlete Continuing Gym Workouts After A Long Break. Medicines Or Supplements To Increase Stamina?

hi Doc,
I am a young & energitic 27 years old man weighing 88 kgs athletic body structure.
My concern is that from last 7-8 months i am unable to continue my Gym-workouts due to my professional life.
Now i am free from all this stress and want to continue my workouts back.

suggest me some good medicines or supplements which will increase my stamina and help me getting back into a good frame...

Thanks for query on HCM.
You can start your workouts but start gradually.warm up exercise is advisable.Increase the grade of exercise gradually.
You can start protein milk powder.
Start other supplement like B12,calcium,minerals.
Drink more water and other liquids like fruit juices,energy drinks.
