Good evening Sir, my mother who is 54 years old is suffering from 35 mm atrial septum defect and moderate pericardial effusion and pulmonary artery pressure is 55 that is borderline pressure..Is it possible to close this ASD with device or surgery in this age with severe PAH..Her Left Atrium is also dilated
