Autism, Flu, Bad Cough, Sickness, Rashes. Is It An Allergic Reaction?

Hi, my five year old autistic son has had his flue jab last week. The next day he was feeling hot at school and didn't feel generally well, since his flue jab he has a bad chesty cough has been feeling and actually been sick and last evening I noticed he has a purple speckly rash on both fore arms and I am concerned if it is something else other than maybe an allergic reaction from his jab. He was very sleepy yesterday and was sick,I am in two minds Wheather I should take him in to a walk in centre today, please could you advise me thankyou.

A lot of time viral infections can cause a rash and hence its nothing to be very alert about however if he isnt getting better then you should certainly see a physician.
Also viral infections can be followed by a bacterial infection and hence its good to cover him up with an antibiotic
