Azithromycin 500 and paracetamol 650 was taken following attack of influenza and severe cough, after taking 3 Azithromycin throat pain started it is so painful that I couldn't swallow water then my house physician advice me to stop Azithromycin and to start Swich 200 twice a day for 5 days in addition to that CNF active 2 tab a day for 3 days. What should I do? Should I go to an ENT or start swich and CNF
