BP High During Viral Fever. Prescribed Dibal Plus To Increase Nutrient Content. How To Control?
Hi Doctor, I more recently got affected by viral fever. when they checked my BP they found that its 159/90. Since my college days I am having high BP levels. Doctor prescribed me with Dibal plus, they told its to increase nutrient contents. I used to walk 5 kilometers a day. But still I didn't know how to control my BP. Kindly suggest some remedies to control my BP levels.

If the given figure here is a reading of your BP then it may not be said that you are hypertensive so no need to take any medicine for this, salt restriction is the way right now to control it and not to bring it down, you are doing fine have nice day( any febrile state or during infection condition BP remains under control or some time hypotension may develop )
