Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Your child is looking to have constipation.
Try to give plenty of oral fluids and give dietary rich fiber diets such as mashed fruits, mashed vegetables as the dietary fiber will retain the water and make stool soft. At the same time proper reconstitution of formula is important as too concentrated will lead to constipation.
Still your child is having discomfort consult your Pediatrician for further advise.
Hope i have answered your query.
