Back Aches, Headache And Pain In The Pubic Bones. Due To Overweight?
hi, am a 33 year old female. ive had dull lower back aches that for a couple of months now. my neck (right side) and my head aches oftenly for a years now. i also have pain on my pubic bones, and pain on the ribs that goes to the chest areas. what could be the problem. some doctors told me that it could be am overweight (my weight is 83 kg and am 5-3 feet tall) others have told me that i have a muscle spasm on my spine after doing an ex-ray. desperate

Lower backache which is dull aching and radiating to the pubic bone and ribs may be musculoskeletal pain.
But the duration of two months is quite long.
You should go for a CT and MRI to find the cause.
