I Am 15 Year Old Female With Swollen Ankles, Back Aches, Trouble In Breathing And Overweight

should i go to the doctor? ok so im 15 years old, female, overweight , swollen ankles, back aches , and for a while now my heart hurts so bad! everytime hour my hearts squeezes then i cant breathe , my blood pressure is sky high and my herart rate is 141 normally omg im scared!

Sounds like you may have an irregular heart rhythm, and arrhythmia. (this could be a lot of things, anything outside the "normal") You should definitely check in with your doctor. You're very young to have this and should have it checked out.
