Back Of Head Hit After Falling. Why Eyeball Is Drooping After Waking Up?

A relative (72?) fell backwards on Monday ,hitting the back of her head on the blacktop. She did not get knocked out, but had a headache. She went to the E room at the hospital, had some tests and has been sent home (to rest) til next Monday when she is supposed to return to the hospital for more tests. Today, Friday, she woke up with the left eye ball drooping. What could be wrong? ( All this in 5 days )

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the history of head injury is there and this is rule in head injury that patient should be kept under the observation till 48 hours because any thing could happen during this time, if she has problem regarding her eye then CT scan is highly recommended to rule out the possibility of cerebral injury, hope this information helps you have good day.
