Back Of Head Hurts After Getting Hit, Tailbone Sore, Tingling. What Is It ?

Tonight i fell backwards on a sidewalk and hit the back of my head. It hurt bad. for the first hour i felt tingling...like acwater hose full force hitting the back of my head. my tailbone is also sore...only one hour later. i know it will be worse tomorrow. concerned about head. no headache...no concussion .symtoms..just a littlw anxious. Hi, It appears to be the concussion, the symptoms may not be the same with everybody. I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
The somatic symptoms may go in a few days and the concussion symptoms may take some time and observation in needed.
