hi my brother have in problem ............last 3 moths he applied for abroad country but taken test disease show by..blood problem ....means hot in blood he use medcine bt not gud.........aftr than he felt back pain right side chest under the sholder swell and pain ........ doctor cheked and have puss in this area ...he took out puss with injection and get opertaion and a small picecs of vain took out and stiched bt wound has same condtion have puss and pain now doctor told that this is lungs problem ....called Tb.plz tel me clear and mdcne.

This is called Tuberculous Lymphadenitis.
This is caused by a bacteria called mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
The primary focus of infection may be in the lung.
antituberculous treatment consist of combination of antibiotics which are given for 6 months to 1 year duration depending on the site and outcome.
It is a curable disease with the patient takes the drugs regularly.
