Back Pain In Lower Lumbar, Middle Of Back And Neck. Pain In Left Leg, Numb, Hard To Move. Underlying Cause ?
Hello, This is radicular pain due to compression of the nerve roots at the spine. This may be due to intervertebral disc prolapse. In this condition I would advice my patient to undergo an MRI of the spine and arrive at a diagnosis. The treatment approach is rest, back muscle strengthening exercises, braces to strengthen the muscles. Tractions of the spine, Analgesic and multivitamins for neurological pain.
