Back Pain, Pain In Left Sole, Muscle Pain, Lack Of Energy In Feet. Causes?

I had experienced back pain and was relieved when I excercise to eliminate back pain. It occurs again and and had other feelings too aside from back pain, I feel pain on my left sole when I wole up but the pain disappears when I am walking. I felt lost of energy on my feetand some little pain on my muscles.I also feel pain on my rightabdomen.

It may be because of Disc lesion thats may problem with nerve compression, which usually call as sciatica. It needs regular exercises . Before that you need to undergo through examination so that we can diagnose corectly about the cause for it.
