Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Wrist Pain, Arm Numbness. What Can Be Done?

hi i m having general problems with back/ waist and trying to workout ligthtly the last month in hope to be helpful.but sometimes i have a pinch in my right soulder and my hand from the wrist and down is swalen when iwake up.sometimes is my hole arm numb when i wake up .could you tell me what could i do?the doctor i used to go back in greece told me that i had tenis elbow 2 years ago whwn i visited him.
