Back Pain, Stabbing Pain In Stomach, Cold, Headache Post Child Birth. Treatment For Symptoms?

I have a newborn son who is 12 days old. I am breastfeeding . Since I had XXXXX I ve been getting back pain on the left lower part of my back and when I eat I get stabbing stomach pains sometimes. Yesterday I started getting really bad body aches and I m really cold . I feel like my bones are hurting and my head is going to explode.
