Background. I have three children, all conceived by intercourse. My penis as of 4 or 5 years ago was around 5.5 inches and circumcised. The glans was completely free of foreskin. It is now 2/3 covered by foreskin with has attached to the glans. Intercourse is difficult as it does not extend far enough. My weight has remained around 225 and I'm 5' 10". I started using TRT injections around 4 years ago. Would human growth hormone HGH be helpful? What other remedies are possible?
