Bad Acne With Sensitive Skin. Using Cephalexin, Sulfacetamide Sodium, Moisturizing Lotions. Suggestions?
My 16-year-old son has very bad acne and very sensitive skin. He is on cephalexin and sulfacetamide sodium. He says his face hurts all day. I don't think he used the topical solution today but his face still hurts. He has been putting on moisturizing lotions (many different types have been tried) to help deal with the pain, but they don't seem to help. He washes his face with Dove sensitive skin soap. Any suggestions for something to try for the pain. His face is not particularly red or anything, and he says his skin is very soft to the touch (probably from the lotions).

Hi i do not think moistering lotions and cephlexin works in bad acne.it is doxycycline 100mg od along with clindamycin oinment in the morning and acnemoiste mixed with deriva -ms in the night along with cetaphil cleansing lotion works well in bad acne
For pigmentation and scars use kojivit gel and contractabex ointment respectively
