General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the infection of the pelvis, or colon, urinary tract infection, or a stone in the lower uriter. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an MRI, for confirmation of the disease.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
