Bad Lacerated Liver After Kicked By A Horse, Have Headaches, Nausea, Pain In Rib Cage, Dizziness. What Could Be The Cause ?

Hi, I was kicked by a horse 12 months ago and had a badly lacerated liver as a result. I am now experiencing headaches, nausea, weakness, dizziness, pain on my right side under the ribcage, lethargy. I have also been diagnosed with a small gall stone which I have been told would not be causing these symptoms. I have lost 5 kilos and have lost my appetite as eating generally makes me feel unwell. I have tried eating only organic foods in the hope that all this is a result of a gall stone, but it seems to make no difference.
