Bad Sore Throat, Swollen And Red Ears, Running Nose And Cough. Reasons ?
It started out with a really bad sore throat . The inside of my ears were also super swollen and red. Now i have a runny nose and cough here and there. I ve been sleeping basically all day and night. So much to wear my hips felt like they were turning into mush. Today is the first day I went back to work and i felt dizy and like i was going to throw up. When i got home i checked my temperature and it s 95.5.
Hi and thanks for the query, You are down with upper respiratory tract infection, If you feel feverish then take a paracetamol fter checking the dose. If you have body ache take any over the counter pain killer after checking the dose. Follow some general measures. 1) Drink plenty of fluids. 2) Warm salt water gargling 4 times daily. 3) Avoid cold foods and air conditioning. 4) Get plenty of rest.
