ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to Health care magic,

I have understood your problem and i believe that you may have an infected sinus which is discharging from within your oral cavity or the oropharynx area.

You can very well start a course of antibiotic like the amox-clav combination along with mouth gargle for a week. Your doctor will know about this.

Wait for a week with this and if the symptoms do not become better then you must get an upper GI endoscopy done and get back to me or any ENT with the report

take care and get well soon but do not take it lightly

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
