Ball Like Something Felt Inside While Cleaning Private Parts. Is It Normal?

I took a shower today when I wash my private are I usually insert my fingers to clean my inside but I felt this ball like something wanted to come out . I feel like its my overview and its not the first time I visited a doctor before and when I got check they felt nothing please help is it normal if not what should I do

You must have felt the cervix ( mouth of the uterus ) which is firm in consistency, and meets the description you gave.
Do not worry
If the gynecologist has given you a clean chit, there is nothing in there that is not normal !
