Barmah Forest Virus, Prematurely Exhausted. What Is The Solution For Speed Recovery?

Hi I contracted Barmah Forest virus about November 2012 and it still persists, making me prematurely exhausted as well as many other uncomfortable side-effects. Is there anything I can do to speed up the recovery and do you have any insight as to the longevity of its presence in ones system? Can I flush it out with herbs of any kind or boost my immune system to recognize it?
