Based On My Chest X-ray, Is This Something A Diet Can Fix?

I had a chest x-ray/history Hypentension, chest discomfort
Results;interstitial scarring in the upper lobes and the bases. No evidence of active pulmonary disease. Cardiomediastinal findings, associated with hypertension and suggestive or left ventriculat hypertrophy. Is this something a diet can fix? Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
