Based On My Follicular Study, Can I Concieve?

4th clomid cycle. and 2nd cycle with follicular study. in this cycle on 10th day right ovary - multiple large follicles largest 28x24 another 21mm. left ovary- dominant follicle 17x18mm. 7.7mm endometrial echoes, minimal free fluid in cul de sac. 13th day right ovary- the large follicle reduced to 21mm and left ovary no dominant follicle. endometrial echoes 10.9mm minimal free flluid

Thanks for writing to HCM

There are already signs of ovulation.
Ovulation is indicated by non visualization of dominant follicle and minimal free fluid in cul de sac.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.

You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
