Based On The Urine Test How To Treat Cough And Sticky Phlegm?

Hi these are the results of my urine +2 albumin, 30-40hpf rbc, 3-6 hpf pus cells, specific gravity of 1.015, few bacteria, dark yellow urine, pH of 6. I have fever and I vomit what I ate. I also have a cough and its phlegm is sticky. What will i do? What are the medicines to be taken? Thanks

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
There is presence of red blood cells and pus cells in the urine.
These cells are normally not present in urine.
The presence of pus cells suggests infection.
Red blood cells often accompany infection.
Presence of bacteria further proves presence of infection.
Albumin is normally not present in urine, however its presence suggests damage to the kidney basement membrane.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotics.
Urine culture may be required to identify the causative organism and drug sensitivity to determine the most appropriate antibiotic.

Cough with phlegm can also be due to infection of the upper respiratory tract.

You need to consult your doctor for both problems for prescription of antibiotics.

Thanks and take care
