Bed Bug Bites Mostly Near The Genitals. Bugs In Vagina. Consult Gynecologist ?

I spent Saturday night in a rental cabin, and me and my fiance woke up with bites, then developed more. I'm now positive they're bed bug bites after reading about it. Now, here's the disgusting part: I was/am having my period, and I was wearing a maxi-pad that of course got bloody during the night. Most of my bites are near my genitals. Looking at a panty shield just now, it appears (although it's hard to tell, even with a magnifying glass) there have been bugs in my vagina. The brownish specks I'm referring to seem dead, but I am HORRIFIED that they could be inside me. Is this possible? Makes sense, given that they feed off of blood. Do I need to see a gynocologist ASAP?

This type of bug bites as you described in your query seems to be a Cosmopolitan bedbug ( cimex species) hides in cervices in mattresses ,bed frames These bugs hide during day time take their BLOOD meal at night time , as it happened in your case. The bedbugs bite is painless, if person is sensitized may develops erythema , itching 7 wheels as in your case.
The best way is physical examination by a gynecologist and get his opinion whether in vagina or not.
