Been Bloated, Tired, Cramping, Lower Back Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headaches, Nausea, Strep Throat. Help

For the last two weeks I have been bloated, tired,cramping, lower back pain , constipated/diahrea, gassy, tiny bumps on my aeroles. I had some nausea , and minor headaches as well as I got strep throat out of the blue. I am due to start my period tomorrow, but could I be pregnant since these symptoms have been going on for two weeks

The symptoms that you are having for last two weeks are not likely to be related to pregnancy. You can for your periods to start and see if these symptoms subside spontaneously. If the period is delayed then check your urine for pregnancy.
