Been diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma with Mucinous features origin from known adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder. The biopsy shows fibrocollagenous tissues containing mutating malignant glands with muncinous component. I also have multiple enlarged lymph nodes. Prior surgery in 2014 to remove original bladder mass. Under went chemotherapy and radiation for 3 months. Treatment was depleting white cells resulting in an emergency blood transfusion. I now have this new bladder tumor and current brownish discharge which I assume is infection along with a horrible smell and stomach pain. Scheduled for an MRI to determine size and stage. Question: Wondering what my options are as I feel with my symptoms I am in advanced stage. I don't want to have surgery if it is going to spread.
