Been Experiencing "asleep Like Tingling" In My Left Hip Area

Been experiencing "asleep like tingling" in my left hip area where my leg connects to my body. It feels like when your foot is asleep and it's painful to walk on it. It wakes me up in the night hurting and I have to roll from side to side frequently during the night. I do have spinal stenosis and arachnoiditis and recently had a spinal cord stimulator put in. Although this symptom was before my recent SCS procedure. I am also experiencing swelling in my legs and feet which I attributed to inactivity due to resting from my surgery. The asleep, tingling, pain in my left hip area is what I'm curious about.
