Been Having Lower Right Back Pain For The Past 3

Been having lower right back pain for the past 3 weeks . When I try bend sideways it hurt s and if I walk for an hour iwoyld get a slight chest pain . I take Ibuprofen and it would go away but after 4 hours the pain comes back . The pain is on and off but most of the time it's there lower right back . I'm afraid it might be might kidneys
