Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

Based on your description, I suspect the possibility of Urinary tract infection (UTI) in you which produces typical symptoms.

An Ultrasound abdomen is needed to rule out any issues in your kidney on the affected side.

I suggest you to meet a general surgeon or urologist for further workup and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
