Hello
Thank you for your query.
There are many factors which contribute to infertility.
Male factor is one cause - get your partner's semen analysis checked after 3 days of abstinence.
Also, you both should have basic work up - blood grouping, complete blood count, viral markers.
You should undergo testing for thyroid, adrenal hormones, blood sugar levels, reproductive hormone profile etc.
Testing of the patency of the fallopian tubes also is crucial.
Follicular study obviously documents your ovulation, but this is just one factor out of many which contribute to fertility.
Even after extensive workup, many cases of infertility are due to Unexplained Infertility where no cause can be found.
As you have been trying to conceive for more than a year now, please consult a reputed Infertility Specialist for the investigations and appropriate treatment.
Please do not stress out, as it negatively impacts fertility.
Maintain a healthy BMI, workout regularly, eat healthy , and take regular folic acid supplements.
take care.
