Being A Cancer Survivor Is It Safe To Use Enbrel?
I suffer from psoriatic arthritis. My knees become inflamed about 7-8 weeks after they are drained and injected with some form of prednisone. I have tried other pills...don t work/ I am told I should consider .Enbrel. Being a cancer survivor, I am very hesitant to try based on the side effects of developing cancer.Your thoughts?

The documented rate of developing cancer following treatment with Enbrel is quite low at 0.1%. Since the benefit you're gaining from using the drug will be much more than the risk, it should be a good option to live a comparatively pain free life.
