my right breast is red like it was burned on the sun I am also breastfeeding and I have been under the antibiotics for 10 days it started to go away but now that i am done with antibioticks it came back I do not know if it might be an allergy reaction

This could be due to an abnormal position that you obtain when breastfeeding. It is important to check with your local nurse in the appropriate position. In case its not the case, a clinical review will be appropriate to establish the main cause of these symptoms. Kind regards
