Bell S Palsy On Face, Severe Abdominal Pain, Fatigue, Pancreatitis. Gallbladder Removed. On Steroids. Caused By Epstein Barr Virus?

On July 14 Bell's Palsy affected the let side of my face; given 10 day regimen of steroids. About two weeks, developed a UTI with severe abdominal pain. Gall bladder removed and had pancreatitis. Dismissed from hospital day after surgery with two re-admissions for abdominal pain and upper body (right shoulder blade pain. No definite diagnosis. Could it be caused by the Palsy or Ebstein Barr virus? No pain no, but lots of fatigue.

Hi, you didn't mention that bells palsy is completely cured or not, if not cured you should use medication.
For gall bladder problem there will be gastric irritation as well, so even after the surgery also you need to use medicines for gastritis.it will solve the rt shoulder pain also.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ACYCLOVIR 800mg for bells palsy.
Omeprazole, domperidone and antacid gel for 10 days.
Thank you.
