Belly Button Swab Result Shows Scant White Blood Cells, Abundant Squamous Epithelial Cells And Gram Negative Bacilli, Moderate Gram Positive Cocci.

Hello, I recently had a belly button swab done. I work in a laboratory where I can access my own person files and am curious to know if I should be considered with the microbiology findings. These were the results:
scant polymorphonuclear white blood cells
abundant squamous epithelial cells
abundant gram negative bacilli
moderate gram positive cocci in pairs
few gram positive coccii in clusters.
and under "Wound Culture" it stated
Gram negative bacilli failed to grow aerobically (which I understand what anaerobic and aerobic means I just don't understand what it means that it is anaerobic bacteria)
It also says Yeast is not isolated.
