The cerebellopontine angle mass (
meningioma) can cause giddiness and
vertigo. And hence, I feel the diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) may be wrong. Please discuss your
MRI findings with the doctor who made a daignosis of BPPV.
Meningioma would require surgery.
