Big Red Sore And Painful Lump On Panty Line. Anything I Could Do ?

I'm only 16 and I have a big red lump that looks to be full of blood on my panty line. It ha occurred in a stretch mark and its very sore and painful. As I am not the skinniest of people it rubs when I walk and sit down which really hurts. Any thing I could do? Or have you any idea on what it is ? Any thing will be helpful

Hello
Thanks for your query.
I think you could be having a boil which has got infected.
It is common to have them on panty lines due to friction / shaving etc.
Please consult a gynecologist, and you might require antibiotics to resolve the lump .
It could be a hematoma or a bruise too.
If not resolved by medication, you might need drainage.
Take care.
