Hello
Welcome to HCM
Good Evening, It very sad to know that you have been bitten again by your dog for second time. It is better you take Anti Rabies vaccine even if dog has been vaccinated and you have been vaccinated previously. It always better to take a booster dose because the Rabies disease has no cure but can be effectively prevented with vaccine. Once if have taken a vaccine the response to vaccine will be good as antibody to rabies virus in our body are produced even more readily. But need for vaccine depends upon the severity of your injuries which can be decided by your physician.
