Black Out, Head Pain. Had Morphine. MRI Shows Aneurysm. Waiting To Meet Neurologist

I blacked out at work and then had severe head pain follow a couple hours later. I have had several migraine meds as well as morphine and nothing breaks the headache. It is divilitaring and has forced me to go on medical leave. An MRA was done and it shows a small aneurysm or a twisted/crooked artery. I am now waiting on the neuro dr to call me to set up appt and am due to go back to work on Mon. I do better as long as J am able to rest and dont have to strain mentally or physically. I dont know what to do or how to get the dr to move quicker to help me manage this

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that the finding in the M.R.I. is not clear, so you may need to have C.T.scan with contrast for diagnosis.
So i need to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Other possibilities are frontal sinusitis, cluster head ache, or due to anxiety.
I prescribe to my patient with such symptoms Alprazolam, paracetamol, metachlopramide, and acyclophenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
