Black Spots In Saliva, Pain On Swallowing. Chest X-ray Normal. History Of Smoking Drugs. Treatment?

I have black spots in my saliva and sometimes the all saliva is black. This has been going on for 4 years now. I used to smoke drugs (cocaine, tik etc.) but stopped. My x-ray is fine but this still coming out. If I sallow it, I have pain in my bones and head shaking... it looks like toxic chemicals, poison in my body? please advise

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. The black spots in the saliva, pain on swallowing with a history of smoking drugs is probably due to the cocaine. If you have stopped using kudos to you, however you will probably going through withdrawals and need to see and consult a psychiatrist who specializes in substance abuse disorders. I also believe that you may be at risk for many medical disorders as well due to your regular cocaine usage. I hope you consult a qualified doctor as soon as possible.
